This is coaching focused on leadership effectiveness, systems, and skills. While we use trauma-informed principles, this is not mental health treatment. If clinical care is needed, I'll refer you ro licensed providers. I am on track for Texas counseling licensure in January 2026.
Absolutely. Many leaders use professional development budgets or request this as an organizational investment in leadership health. I can invoice your organization directly and provide documentation for budget justification.
Faith integration is completely optional and tailored to your comfort level. We can include prayer, spiritual practices, and biblical frameworks, or keep it strictly skills-based - whatever serves your growth best.
Your privacy is paramount. All coaching conversations are confidential, except in cases of safety concerns or legal requirements. If your organization is paying, I will provide general progress updates with your permission.
