From Surviving to Leading: My Journey to Becoming The Healed

I wasn’t always this confident.
I wasn’t always this clear.
And I definitely wasn’t always this whole.

I am the survivor of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, sexual abuse, and domestic violence—trauma that followed me into adulthood, into motherhood, and into entrepreneurship. For years, I wore the mask of the “strong woman” while silently battling self-doubt, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and procrastination.

I built businesses, but struggled to maintain success.
I created offers, but questioned my worth.
I was afraid to be seen—even when I knew I had something powerful to share.

I was smart, accomplished, and capable—but my nervous system was still stuck in survival mode.

And like many Black women, I had been taught to push through the pain, outperform the pressure, and prove my worth over and over again—until I couldn’t anymore.

My Turning Point

After my divorce, raising six children as a single mother, and the death of my father I hit a wall. The burnout. The overwhelm. The traum
And I was going to create a life and business that honored every part of who I am because I deserved it

That’s when I made a decision:

I wasn’t going to hustle for my healing anymore.
I was going to do the deep inner work—emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
And I was going to create a life and business that honored every part of who I am because I deserved it!

The Rise of The Healed CEO™

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, 15+ years of leadership expertise, and millions of dollars in revenue generated—I knew how to grow businesses. But now, I’ve built a brand that grows people too.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Management, an MBA in Organizational Development, and am completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m also a certified energy healer and currently pursuing fitness and nutritional certifications to support full-body transformation.

But more than that, I am a woman who has done her own work.
I’ve cried. I’ve burned old beliefs. I’ve rewritten my story.
And now I help other women do the same.
